By using AMEO Roblox AI Builder ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a 3D scene builder that uses AI to help users create and publish games to the Roblox platform. The App provides tools for building 3D scenes, generating content with AI, and publishing directly to Roblox experiences.

3. Roblox Integration

The App uses Roblox OAuth 2.0 to connect to your Roblox account. By signing in, you authorize the App to access your public profile and publish content to your Roblox experiences on your behalf. You are responsible for all content published through the App to your Roblox account.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding any API keys entered into the App
You must comply with Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards when publishing content
You must not use the App to create or publish content that violates any applicable laws

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI features is provided "as-is." You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring all AI-generated content complies with Roblox's policies before publishing.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. AMEO shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, unauthorized access to your accounts, or content published to Roblox.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
